Wc have the following comments with regards to engineering matters: <br />• Sheet C3.1 shows proposed reUiining wall construction at the underground parking entrance. This wall <br />shown exceeds K-feet in height. All retaining walls that exceed 4-lcet in height require a separate <br />engineered design and detail siihrnittal for review and approval. <br />• *rhc revised plans slujw only one access to the underground parking, whereas the previous submittal had <br />(wo. We would iccoiiiineiid that a second access to the underground parking be added. <br />Stop signs should be added for outbound trafftc from the underground parking. <br />'flic plans should include a pedestrian crossing sign at the crossing shown near the middle oflhe outdoor <br />parking urea. <br />'I'hc applicant should provide the City with the project S WPPP for the Phase II Construction Site Pcmiit <br />and u copy of the Notice of Coverage Certificate prior to starting work on site. <br />'fhe grading plan should include erosion and sediment control details and notes.
