The property is located at 1385 Orono I.ane, with shoreline on two sides of the lot. Staff found the proposal reasonable as the applicant is not proposing to incrca.se the total amount of hrirrlcover within the 0-75’ setback zone and the liardships found under the 2001 liardcover variance remain unchanged. Tlie Planning Commission had a tie vote of 3-3 on a motion to deny the request.
