EryH'&iT'P <br />VEGETATION RESTORATION PLAN APPROVAL <br />Reference the attached plan by Markell Laberee Design Group dated December 22, 2004 for <br />2618 Casco Point Road, Wayzata, MN <br />The City of Orono hereby approves the above referenced plan subjeet to the following <br />additional eonditions: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />The Black Hills Spruce trees proposed for the property’s eastern “point” shall be <br />12’ in height rather than 8 ’ as proposed; and <br />All of the attached City Engineer recommendations shall be met; and <br />No trees shall be replaced by the Vogstroms on the Essen ’s property; and. <br />The trees proposed on the City right-of-way shall be located further east to be <br />within the Vogstroms’ property or as close as feasible to the property line. <br />The existing ash trees located within the area labeled “stand of buckthorn to be <br />removed” on the property’s eastern “point” sliall not be removed. The property <br />owner shall meet with City staff on the site prior to any tree removals to identify <br />vegetation to be removed and to remain.
