As a minimum, Planning Commission should address the following: <br />1. Acceptability of building expansion and the convereion from 2 buildings to one - visual impacts, <br />other impacts. <br />2. Acceptability of increased building height. <br />3. Acceptability of proposed building materials and building design. <br />4. Whether a parking variance is merited; if not, applicant must provide 10 additional stalls witliin the <br />site. <br />5. Signage, building lighting. <br />6. Acceptabi lity of landscape plan. <br />7. Any otlier issues of interest or concern. <br />Staff Recoinmeodation <br />If Planning Conunission concludes (hat (lie proposed site plan and building plans are acceptable, then a <br />recoimiiendation for approval would be in order, subject to any conditions you feel are appropriate. If <br />Plamiing Commission concludes that one or more of the above topics requires flirtlier consideration, then <br />tabling may be appiopiiate. Provide the applicant witli clear direction regarding any changes you conclude <br />arc necessary.
