VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays I, Bremer Opposed. <br />Johnston inquired wJiethcrthey would be allowed to attend the work session. <br />■ <br />Rahn noted the work session is a public meeting and that i! would be helpful if the applicar’! alicnded ’he <br />work session. Rahn stated the Planning Commission would need to limit the applicant to 15 minutes. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />#12 REPORT OF PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVES A TI ENDINf; <br />COUNCIL MEETINGS NOVEMBER 22, DECEMBER 13,2004, AND J.LNUARY 10,200f. <br />Winkey gave an update on the November 22"^ Council meeting. <br />Leslie gave a brief update on the December 13, 2004 Council meeting, noting that the Vogstrom <br />application was tabled. <br />Gaffron stated the Vogstrom application was given conceptual approval for 31.9 percent hardcover at the <br />January lO"' Council meeting and would be finalized at the January 24“' meeting. <br />#13 OTHER ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION <br />None <br />#14 PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR NOVEMBER 15, 2004 <br />Bremer moved, Ralin seconded, to approve the minutes of the November 15, 2004 Planning <br />Contmi.ssion meeting as submitted.
