Also provide one copy 8.5" x 11" o <br />11” X 17" for reproduction. <br />Completed hardcover calculation worksheets (as provided within the variance packet). <br />Topographic survey - including existing and proposed elevations. Provide one copy 8.5" x 11 <br />or 11" X 17" for reproduction. <br />Sketches or plans of floor and elevation views (provide one copy 8.5" x 11" or 11" x 17"). <br />Additional items may be requested by City Staff depending on the scope of the project. * <br />APPLICANT’S ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: <br />The applicant hereby agrees to provide all information required or requested by the Plannin <br />Department, agrees to pay additional fees (staff time not covered in the original fee payment) and/c <br />consultant expenses incurred in review of this application and certifies that the information supplied i <br />true and correct to the best of his/her knowledge.
