Council Memo of 01-04-05 <br />Application .Summary: <br />The most recent revision of this application was conceptually approved at your previous meeting <br />based on reductions to the proposed building footprint and hardcover levels. That approved revision <br />consisted of a 1,499 s.f. building footprint and associated hardcover totaling 31.7% for tlie 75 ’-250’ <br />zone. A revi.scd Vegetation Restoration Plan (VRP) was al.so reviewed. The VRP has also been <br />reviewed by the City F.ngineer, Planning Staff and the adjoining property owner. Further revisions <br />based on the comments t)f the various reviewing parties have been incorporated into the version of the <br />VRP whicli will be enforced by the Agreemetit attached as Exhibit E. Staff has received a copy of the <br />private agreement between the applicants and the neighboring property owners which resolves the <br />illegal tree removal issue by the applicants on the neighbor’s property. <br />Planning Staff Recommendation <br />Approve or amend the attached Resolution aiul VRP Agreement. <br />Restoration Plan <br />The ('ity l•ngineer has had an opportunity to review the applicant’s revised VRP and has provided <br />comments. In addition to the Engineer comments Stall has al.so incorporated Staff comments with the <br />adjoining neighbors’ concerns into an addendum to become part of Uie fmal approved VRP. <br />Council Action Requested <br />ApjMove or amend the attached Resolution and VRP Agreement.
