Planning Coiumission Action Notice dated 11-1 9-04 <br />Background <br />The applicants are requesting renewal of variances granted in 2000 for a rear yard setback <br />variance in order to construct a dining room addition to the existing home. At the same <br />time a variance to the front yard setback was granted in order for construction of a two- <br />stall detached garage.
