Any <br />aincndinents to the site plan which are not in conibrinity with (’ity codes will <br />rciiuirc further I’lanning Commission and ( ity Council review. <br />2. Required removals of structure shall be cmnpleted by the first inspection for the <br />piopo.sed new home. <br />3.
