PUBLIC HEARINGS - 7:00 P.M. 5. 2005 LFAT ADOPTION HEARING - ADOPTION OF 2005 BUDGET AND TAX LEVY, 7:25 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. ADOPT FINAL 2004 LEVY COLLEC1IBLE IN 2005 - RESOLUTION NO. 5264 Moorsc imtcd a number of City C’ouncil work sessions were held this past summer, along with a truth in taxation hearing on December to discuss the City’s 2005 levy. Moorse recommended the City Council adopt the 2005 budget and tax les^. Peterson opened the public hearing at 7:26 p.m., and asked for public comments. There were no public comments.
