The applicant has been working toward <br />completion of the conditions established in that Resolution in order to gain final plat approval. Final plans <br />responding to the City Engineer ’s recent comments have been submitted and as of this writing are under <br />review. Additionally, we are in receipt of letters from two neighboring property owner expressing a <br />number of concerns which Council may wish to address with the applicant. <br />Staff Recommendation: Council should review the final plans as noted below, review the issues noted <br />in this memo, and address the concerns noted in the neighbors ’ letters. If Council concludes that any <br />and all outstanding issues or requirements have been suitably addressed, a motion to direct staff to draft <br />a Resolution for Final Plat Approval would be in order. <br />'
