I his <br />EPDB agreement needs to be renewed on an amiual basis. This information is also used by <br />Boncstioo Engineers in the completion of work for the City. We arc recommending approval of the <br />attached resolution authorizing the extension of this agreement until December 3 1,2005. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve resolution authorizing extension of the l lcmicpin County EPDB Agt-cment. <br />\
