Gaffron noted the new application would need to go back before the <br />Planning Commission. <br />Peterson inquired whether the building permit would be held until the restoration plan is <br />implemented. <br />Barrett stated those are two separate issues. <br />Vogstrom stated he would be willing to sign an agreement saying that a certificate of occupancy <br />would not be issued until the restoration plan is approved. <br />Mur|)hy inquired whai steps the applicant is taking to address the lo.st trees on the Hssen property. <br />Vogstrom indicated he has spoken with the ti.s.sens a number of times and that it is his <br />understanding they are agreeable with the restoration plan. <br />Murphy moved. White seconded, to deny Application #.1052, Eric Vogstrom, 2918 Casco <br />Point Road, with the understanding that the applicant can submit a new application prior <br />to six months provided he is requesting a difTcrent hardcover variance.
