m <br />Glenn Cook <br />Re: Review of Applications #1668 & 1676 <br />August 2, 1991,. . <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />We ask that either you or a representative of your firm be <br />present at the Planning Commission meeting of August 19th so that <br />questions posed by the Planning Commission need not result xn <br />a tabling because of the Inability to answer questions pertaining <br />to drainage, etc. The two applications have been placed at the <br />fjpQUt of the agenda commencing at 7:00 p.m. Your attendance time <br />at the meeting may total less than 1 hour just In case you have a <br />tight schedule that evening. <br />I have enclosed a scaled-down copy of the survey of the <br />preliminary subdivision. We understand through Mark Gronberg's <br />office that you have received large-scale copies of both the <br />subdivision and the topo. Please see that the City receives a <br />copy of the watertower site plan no later than August 9th.^ This <br />plan will be used for the members of the public who wish to <br />review the plan at the City offices. <br />Please contact my office if you have any questions or if the <br />request to have you attend the Planning Commission meeting xs a <br />problem. <br />Sin -rerely. <br />-■^anne A.
