This would be temporary and <br />used until the property to the east is developed. The flooding and drainage easements should <br />be shown on Outlot D. The construction of a flood control structure on Outlot C will be <br />required. The drainage swale along the west line of lots 1 and 2 will be necessary. An <br />easement over the 15" culvert on Lot 1 Block 2 and Lot 5 Block 3 will be required. The plan <br />should indicate which typical section is to be used where on the street. I'he proposed <br />monument location should be shown on the plan.
