The Planning Ccmmission is <br />referred to the findings of Resolution #2204 for consideration of <br />whether the additional variances are justified by adequate <br />hardships and practical difficulties. <br />Staff Recoomendation - <br />If the Planning Commission feels that the hardships and <br />practical difficulties noted by applicant and noted in Resolution <br />#2204 provide adequate justification for granting of variances to <br />increase the footprint of the existing tennis court building, <br />then a recommendation for approval would be appropriate.
