TO 8:09 P.M. <br />The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Mailing were <br />duly noted. <br />Mr. Copley was present for this matter <br />Building and Zoning Administrator Mabusth explained that <br />staff's hardcover calculations had been incorrect due because a <br />Dortion of the 0-75* setback area was not included. Staff has <br />calculated that there will a 1.2% increase in hardcover in the <br />75-250' setback area. Mabusth said there be a 1 to 1.5 <br />encroachment of the average lakeshore setback line. <br />Planning Commissioner Hanson asked Mr. Copley whether he <br />would be willing to remove existing hardcover in order to keep <br />the percent of hardcover the same? <br />e <br />Mr. Copley said that he would prefer not to remove any of <br />the existing hardcover. <br />« 4 <br />CD <br />CD
