Paul Christensen, 1304 Elmwood <br />iwenue, is requesting a variance for an addition <br />to a non-conforraing residence. <br />iir. Christensen is requesting approval of two <br />variances from existing conditions so he can <br />add approximately 600 sq. ft. of living space <br />to his house. The present lot is approximately <br />30,000 sq. ft. in area in a 43,560 sq. ft. zone, <br />so a variance of about 13,500 so. ft. in area <br />is required. <br />The location of the existing house is 7.-'' from <br />the side lot line adjacent to a platted street <br />and a 35' setback is required so a variance of <br />27.6* is required.
