Applicant <br />claims a grade~level stone patio existed within the lakeside of <br />the house prior to 1972. Sometime during 1978, the stone patio <br />was taken up and replaced with the existing deck. Staff has no <br />information as to the exact dimensions of the former grade-level <br />patio. A building permit was Issued in 1959 for the additions to <br />the residence and in 1961 for lakeshore shed. It would appear <br />that the residence is currently being used for storage purposes <br />only. <br />The limited 75-250' setback area of this property is <br />developed as a gravel parking area. The City approved a <br />conditional use permit for the marina in 1980 that allows <br />overflow parking on weekends during the heavily used summer <br />months. This is also true for the 75-250* setback area of the <br />property located to the Immediate south that involves Application <br />#1698. <br />Baxdship Statement <br />Once again refer to Exhibit B.
