DECLARATION 0? COVENANTS <br />THIS DECLARATION OF COVENANTS is made this day of <br />, 1991, by and between THE CITli: OF ORCNO, a <br />municipal corporation ("Ocono"), and THE CI»Y OF LONG LAKr., a <br />municipal corporation ("Long Lake"). <br />recitals <br />Long Lake is the fee owner of certain real property which <br />is legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto (the <br />•pcop^cty"). The Property is currently within the city limits <br />of Orono. It is the intent of Long Lake and Orono to bind the <br />Property to certain zoning restrictions and conditions, to <br />allow the intended development of the Property by Long Lake. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other <br />good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged. Long Lake and Orono agree as follows; <br />1, The Property has been rezoned by Orono to a <br />classification of <br />which allows the following uses: <br />and is subject to the following conditions; <br />2. '^he Property has been replatted by Orono as <br />3. The Property shall be developed into no more than_ <br />j^hlrheen single family lota, the configuration of which is <br />set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto. <br />4.
