In anticipation of that, they <br />applied for side sstoack, lot area and lot width variances <br />in Marcn 1991, Qn Nay 12, 1991 the Council granted <br />"varaiances to Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.23, <br />Subdivision 6 <B) to allow construction of a new residence <br />on a lot IIS' in width where 200'in width is normally <br />required, being 1.01 acrus in area where a 2.0 acre lot a-ea <br />is normally required, and allowing a 24.5 east side lot <br />line setback where a 30' side setback is normally required, <br />subject to" several conditions. <br />We have engaoed our own architect to design a heme to meet <br />our particular family needs. As the heme is slightly <br />different than that which was previously submitted to the <br />Council for variance approvals, we are taking tne initiative <br />and asking for the Council's continued support. Enclosed <br />please find from our architect a site plan, ficcrplan, <br />elevation, survey and hard cover calculation. <br />As in the previous request, we are not locking far a hard <br />cover variance.
