A 16'x24' addition will be placed no <br />closer to the right-of-way of Leaf Street than existing residence <br />located 1' from west side lot line. The paved portion of Leaf Street <br />is located approximately 21' from structure. Review Exhibits H, 1 and <br />2. The proposed two story addition will provide a family room and <br />hall on the first floor and a master bedroom addition on the <br />second floor.
