Zoning File #1691 <br />October 17, 1991 <br />Page 8 <br />Staff Recoanendation <br />Staff recommends tabling of the application until both <br />applicant and the City can resolve the following Issues: <br />i' <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />6. <br />DNR to determine the OHW of the pond/wetland area and <br />and at the same time establish jurisdiction line of the <br />Corps of Engineers. <br />Both applicant and City to work with MCVTO to determine <br />flood plain elevation for property and to make any <br />necessary change in preliminary plans providing <br />retention above the flood plain elevation. <br />Combine Lots 1 and 2, Block 1 as one building site and <br />develop a new residential unit to south and east side <br />of plat. Applicant may wish to reconsider use of PRD <br />providing greater flexibiliti' in designing building <br />sites. <br />Upon determination of flood elevation, the first <br />floor elevation of all residen..ss must be 1* above the <br />flood plain elevation plan should be amended where <br />necessary. <br />5. Provide additional surveying Information as follows: <br />& • <br />b. <br />c. <br />Provide culvert elevation and size at intersection <br />of Long Lake Creek and Orono Orchard Road on the <br />north side. <br />Elevation of outlet from sewer pond. <br />Specific elevation information requested by DNR <br />upon site inspection wicnin the pond or lagoon <br />area. <br />Applicant to make a recommendation concerning desire of <br />City to reduce impact of car lights on residence <br />Immediately opposite intersection of plat road, i.e. <br />relocation, plantings, grading?
