Planning Commission did not vote on whether a paved 24' road would <br />be required, but did express concerns regarding drainage from the site. <br />The issue of reserving an access easement along the east lot line for the <br />Hackberry Hill residents was not addressed and is left to the applicants <br />discretion; however, such an access easement by definition does not count <br />towards dry buildable area. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is dependent upon receipt of <br />additional information.
