Cook has responded to <br />concerns expressed by members of the Planning Commission and the <br />Design Committee for the new facility. Cook will be present for <br />the 7:00 p.m. public hearing to respond to any questions of the <br />public or members of the Planning Commission. <br />Staff has enclosed an excerpt from the sewer and water <br />agreement for the Otten PUD that would not allow installation of <br />a municipal well on Outlot B. Outlot B is the outlot that <br />contains the municipal well and pumphouse located in the <br />northeast portion of the Otten's property. <br />In consideration of the number of delays in reviewing this <br />application, the conditional use permit for the municipal water <br />tower application will be presented for Council action at their <br />September 23, 1991 meeting.
