... <br />rearranged now has 1.9+ acres and the Ziesmer property has <br />2+ acres. <br />When probing for suitable primary and secondary septic <br />system sites, several obviously suitable sites v/ere found to <br />not have virgin soil conditions a.id were therefore <br />unsuitable. However, suitable sites have been located on <br />both properties as rearranged. The Ziesmer site requires a <br />side yard setback variance as there are no other suitable <br />sites available on the rearranged Ziesmer site. <br />As you may by now be aware, the owners of both lots <br />under consideration, are eager to see the extension of the <br />sanitary sewer system to this area and understand that it is <br />now again being given serious consideration. For that <br />reason it is the expectation of the owners that none of the <br />septic system sites will ever be put to use. However, if it <br />develops that they are necesary, suitable sites do exist <br />Due to the oncoming cold weather conditions it is <br />necessary that a decision be made on the lot line <br />rearrangement and the variances as soon as is possible.
