Is it appropriate to ask applicant to include a <br />vacation application of the alley at the time we reschedule <br />the conditional use permit for Planning Commission's review? <br />The area of the alley must be excluded from dry buldable <br />area in its present status. <br />5. It may be premature to address the concerns set forth <br />in Ms. Page's letter. If the conditional use permit is <br />approved by the City, the dry buildable area must limit <br />level of users - membership calculations must include family <br />members. <br />As already noted, it would appear that we are dealing with <br />an after-the-fact application as applicant certainly had adequate <br />notice of the need for the conditional use permit. The City must <br />be in receipt of an additional $150.00.
