The entire peninsula <br />consisting of Record Lots PID #22-117-23 42 0020 and 22-117-23 42 <br />0019 are under single or common ownership. As currently owned, <br />the platted alley has no functional/public use. The DNR is asked <br />to review and comment to determine if they find any opposition tc <br />the City approving the vacation of the platted alley. <br />The City of Orono's Planning Commlsslcn will be reviewing this <br />request at their July 15 meeting.
