m.. <br />CITY <br />City of OROINO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. _____________ <br />OF <br />ORONO <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A METES AND BOUNDS <br />CLASS I SUBDIVISION <br />FOR EUGENE A. NELSON <br />FILE 889 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under “he laws of the State of Minnesota; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has <br />adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and <br />safe development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the <br />application for a subdivision by Eugene A. Nelson, (hereinafter <br />"the subdivider") of a property legally described as follows: <br />That part of Government Lot 3, Section 22, Township 117, <br />Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying southerly of a <br />line described as beginning at a point on the east line of <br />said Government Lot 3, distant 260.00 feet south of the east <br />1/4 corner of said Section 22, thence southwesterly <br />deflecting to the right 60 degrees to the shore of Lake <br />Minnetonka and said line there terminating. <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements <br />of the City for a metes and bounds Class I subdivision. <br />NOW, THEREFORE LE IT RESOLVED chat the City Council of <br />the City cf Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division <br />for Eugene A. Nelson according to the legal descriptions shown on <br />the Certificate of Survey by Demars-Gabriel Land Surveyors, Inc., <br />dated January 16, 1985 and attached to this resolution subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. Parcel A and Parcel C, as described on the Certificate <br />of Survey attached to this resolution, shall be legally <br />combined for tax purposes and shall be designated as Big <br />Island Record Lot No. 22 per Section 10.31 of the Municipal <br />Code, subject to the pertinent ordinances thereof. <br />i <br />I <br />r* ^ ..i1
