wr <br />City of OROIVO <br />CITY RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 2839_______ <br />ORONO <br />X.—^Kor to the issuance of a building permit by the City <br />for new construction, all drainage improvements within <br />French Creek as shown on plans of City Engineer dated July <br />2 1990 entitled "Ditch Grading" must te completed ana <br />applicant must provide proof from the County that delinquenc <br />real estate taxes and special assessments have been paid. <br />Applicant is further advised that there is approximately <br />$6,825.84 incurred by the City as a result of a Previous <br />Hazardous Building Action against this property. This fee <br />is in the process of being assessed against the property. <br />Applicant will have an opportunity to pay this off prior to <br />the formal assessment to be ordered by the Courts. <br />2. <br />Public <br />permit. <br />New driveway access at Briar Street must be reviewed by <br />ic Works Director prior to the issuance of a building <br />3. Connection to municipal sewer prior to the issuance of <br />a Certificate of Occupancy for new residence. <br />4. City Engineer to review final drainage/grading plans <br />for new construction prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />5. Granting of a 15' wide drainage easement along the <br />north boundary line and the granting of drainage and 'Utility <br />easements 10' along southern property line and 5 along west <br />property line. <br />6. With the approval of this variance application, the <br />City hereby agrees to install the drainage improvement as <br />defined in the above referenced plans. Applicant shall pay <br />to the City a sum of $400.00 prior to your applying for a <br />maintain erosion control until ground cover is >^®stored. <br />Applicant shall maintain erosion control on his property <br />throughout construction to prevent any restriction of <br />drainage system along northern border of property, <br />existing drainage swale within the northern boundaries of <br />the property shall not be moved further north so as to <br />further encroach into the immediately adjacent property to <br />the north. <br />:rt‘hircnV7ear “4 this <br />variance will expire on that date (July 23, 1991). <br />Page 3 of 5
