Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay/ Mn 55323 ■9^ \js^ ''LJ <br />Re: Lot at 2180 Prospect Ave <br />Dear Member's of the Council; <br />I would like to apply for a one (1) year extension of the <br />variance approved in resolution #2839/ on July 23/ 1990/ <br />concerning the property at 2180 Prospect Ave./ Orono/ Minnesota. <br />I have been unable to successfully close the property with <br />the former Seller's estate. Mr. Curtis passed away last fall and <br />the property has been tied up in probate. It appears that it <br />should be resolved by the middle of August 1991. Once the title <br />has been cleared/ I have an interested party planning on building <br />a new home on the site. He has asked that a new location of the <br />home be approved.
