City Countil Members <br />Planning Commission Members <br />City Staff of Orono <br />June 19, 1991 #1 t-.iV*^x^ KJ ^ <br />Page Two . . <br />Hardcover Variance. 0-75' Zone for Deck Reconstruction <br />The hardship and practical difficulty and unusual property conditions for <br />this hardcover variance are as follows: <br />1. <br />2. <br />The lot width does not allow for the deck to be relocated to one <br />side or the other. <br />This existing amenity already totally lies within the 0-75' zone <br />and there is nothing to be done to change this. <br />3.The request is to reconstruct a wood deck level with the finish <br />floor over the exact existing deck area which is now one step <br />below the finish floor of the house.
