Defects, if any, in applicants' title: <br />There is a gap in the legal description on the north and <br />west boundaries caused by the use of inconsistent <br />reference points with the subject property and adjoining <br />properties, and in the dimensions shown on the auditor|s <br />subdivisions. Applicants, Stubbs, claim the property in <br />the "gap" area by the doctrines of adverse possession, <br />practical location and other legal theories. <br />WHEREFORE, the applicants pray the Court to find and declare <br />the title or interest of the applicants in said land and decree the <br />same, and order the Registrar of Titles to register the same, and <br />to grant such other and further relief as shall be according to <br />equity. <br />Lyndon S.
