The <br />lot was approved for access via a separate driveway to <br />County Road 15. <br />Discussion - <br />Please review the findings and conditions of the previous <br />resolutions which are attached. The applicants propose no changes <br />from the original application. <br />Staff Recommendation - <br />Staff recommends approval of the renewal lot width variance <br />request for Ronald and Julie Prineas per the findings and <br />conditions outlined within Resolution #2829. <br />-
