' Ha reviewed the additional issues involved witn this <br />aoplication as noted in his January 17, 1991 me.mo. <br />Cohen asked if the monuments were still an issue. <br />Gaffron reolied, "The monuments may be a separate issue. <br />T.here is an undeveloped public right-of-way to the rear and side <br />If tney^ are an accessory structure, snould they meet a 10 toot <br />setback, if they can exist at all in a siae yara or rear yar^ <br />without a Conditional Use Permit. Thera are many issues. <br />Rowlette asked whether Mr. Rood had a specific reason, other <br />than aesthetics, for altering the wetiaid. <br />Gaffron stated that the applicant's ma^or intent is to clean <br />up the wetlandr, which have been used as a dumping ground for <br />years. He said, "Mr. Rood also wants to aesthetically <br />the appearance of the wetland in addition to creating some <br />different characteristics for wildlife." <br />Mr. Rood stated that he has not seen a great deal of <br />wildlife in the wetland. He said, "I thought if <br />additional area of open water, it may ^ <br />would like to install some wood duck houses and I unde-s^and that <br />the ducks must land in water.
