Access of the driveway must remain as is because it
is city right of way. The addition of a third garace stall has
increased the driveway dimensions. The length of the driveway
is perpendicular to the garage stalls, therefore, it is essential
that the driveway remains as it is in order to have the car wheels
remaining on pavement while making the ninety degree turn to
get into the garage stalls.
In order to decrease the varying elevation proolem that exists
near the entry way, the entry way is designed with alternating
forty-five degree directions. The entry way was designed this
way for safety reasons.
My comprehensive plan requests -6.5^ square feet of hardcover
or to exit on the property. *
0 •'7S
l'5-2ro'
* Approximately 1,700 square feet of the original TRACK 0 property
is now city right of way to service Hwy. 19.
i
