Tlie <br />drainage and access to the site are the significant engineering issues. <br />We recommend that the floor elevation of 934.0 shown on the plan be raised one foot to 935.0. <br />This change is desirable so that a suitable driveway access can be attained and additional flood <br />protection can be provided, as there is no immediate overflow. The drainage on the site was <br />provided for with Hennepin County ’s C.S.A.H. 15 improvement project, and is adequate for up <br />to a 10 year stoim We recommend that a thorough soil boring exploration program be <br />implemented prior to any construction to analyze the suitability of the soils for a building <br />foundation. <br />Easements should be granted to the City over all wetland areas. The plan should be submitted <br />to the DNR for review and approval.
