Monuments. The applicant shall place permanent., <br />reference monuments in the subdivision as required by State <br />Statutes. <br />Subd. 4. Character of the Land. Land which the Council <br />finds to be unsuitable for subdivision or <br />ur.v&.r.s;;:S <br />not be subdivided or developed unless adequate raeth <br />b/ the unsuitable land conditions.
