POSITON PAPER <br />Subject:Screening Wall <br />Point:Purpose <br />A wall has been designed which serves three purposes on the west side of the <br />building. It serves as a retaining wall, a screening wall and a guard rail. <br />The wall does not have any impact on drainage and is not a hazard. Rather it <br />serves as a visual screening wall from Kelly Avenue, a wall which will abate <br />any noise created during delivery of product on this side of the store, and a <br />guard rail to keep people away from the grade change.
