TO 7:37 P.M. <br />The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Mailing were <br />duly noted. <br />Ms. Grimes was present. <br />Gaffron stated that the vacation of drainage and utility <br />easements is necessary due to the recently approved lot line <br />rearrangement. <br />Hanson asked, '=Is the City still unaware of any e.xisting <br />utilities within the existing easement?" <br />Gaffron replied, "That is correct <br />It was moved by Hanson, seconded by Moos, to recommend <br />approval of application #1571, vacation of drainage and utility <br />easements at 4720/4730 North Arm Drive West. Motion, Ayes-5, <br />Nays-0. TO 7:57 P.M. <br />Mr. Downey was present. <br />Mabusth provided a review of this application, and the <br />.ction previously taken by the Planning Commission and Council <br />(see Jeanne Mabusth*s memo dated August 15, 1990). She said, <br />"The applicant is asking for your special consideration to allow <br />him to have 48% hardcover, rather than 45% as previously <br />approved." She asked Mr. Downey to provide staff with a sketch <br />showing the area of hardcover that he intends to remove. <br />Bellows noted that the after-the-fact deck must also be <br />addressed. <br />Mabusth said, "Staff was asked to determine where the <br />average lakeshore setback line.
