On September 27, 1990 your <br />attorney asked for more time to submit a variance application. A <br />deadline of October 26, 1990 was vjiven. As of this date, an <br />application has not been received. <br />This letter is to notify you that if an application with the <br />required submittals is not received by December 7, 1990, <br />citations will be issued and the matter referred to the City <br />Attorney for further legal action.
