As of this writing, applicant^'q^i^^ has not provided that information to the Watershed District. ^ 3,Applicant notes he has discussed the project with the Army Corp of Engineers, but has not indicated whether they have issued a permit for the project. This is not a DNR- protected wetland. 4.Applicant notes that approximately 1500 cubic yards of v excess fill will be removed. Staff calculates that a 12' ^ deep pond 1/2 acre in area would yield approximately 10,000^^^ cubic yards of fill, hence 8500 cubic yards apparently are unaccounted for in applicant's proposal. 5.The applicant is absolutely correct in the statement that the area has been used as a dumping site over many years.
