Mabusth <br />Building and Zoning Administrator <br />City of Orono <br />Post Office Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />Re: Application for Subdivision of a Lot Line Rearrangement <br />No new building sites <br />4085 Watertown Road <br />Dear Ms. Mabusth: <br />Enclosed herewith please find the following: <br />1.An application for lot line rearrangement signed by the <br />present owner and myself as applicant; <br />2.A survey including all owners within 350 feet with a <br />certification by Hennepin County Legal Description dept, and <br />mailing labels for said owners; <br />3.A survey of the smaller piece showing in red the property <br />deeded in 1976, and showing in yellow the new easement to <br />include existing driveway; <br />4.Copies of deeds a) from Bloom to Kostka in 1976, b) from <br />Sawchuk (contract vendees of encumbered parcel) to new <br />owners in 1990, including in fee for red parcel and easement <br />for yellow parcel, and c) from Giguere (contract vendors of <br />of encumbered parcel) to new owners in 1990, including in <br />fee for red parcel and easement for yellow parcel. <br />S. A check for $250.00. <br />In 1976 the deed from the Blooms to the Kostkas was given in an <br />attempt to convey the property over which the driveway was <br />situated. Said deed was accepted by the county recorder when is <br />was filed in 1981 even though not approved by the city. When the <br />property was recently surveyed it was discovered that the <br />driveway extended beyond what was deeded in 1976 and covered what <br />is marked in yellow on the attached survey.
