15 224195v1 <br />19.01 Terms and Reopening Negotiations: This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for a period <br />commencing January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025 and thereafter pursuant to the P.E.L.R.A. If either party <br />desires to modify or amend this Agreement commencing on January 1, 2023, it shall give written notice of such <br />intent no later than 60 days before the expiration of the Contract. <br /> <br />19.02 Effect: This agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the Employer and the <br />exclusive representative.
