Authorities granted by this resolution run with the Property not with the Applicants, but are <br />permissive only and must be exercised by removing the required hardcover and recording <br />the Certificate of Subdivision Exception relating to #LA21-000078. The hardcover <br />removals must be completed and the Certificate of Subdivision Exception relating to <br />#LA21-000078 must be recorded within one year of the date of Council approval, or the <br />variances will expire on that date (November 14, 2023). <br /> <br />5.
