One indicates a 0’ setback from the ROW <br />the other survey shows the sign encroaching in the ROW. I have asked for clarification from the <br />applicant. However, the signs looked to be placed in an easement with both locations. Please <br />review the variance and provide comments for the Planning Commission to consider.
