All powers of the Foundation are vested in and <br />under the authority of the Board of Directors. The Board <br />meets regularly, with an annual meeting in August. <br />Richard G. Gray. Sr., serves as chairman of the board and <br />president of the Foundation. Dr. Joseph P. Rossillon assists as <br />executive director and chief operating officer. <br />Caroline McNulK ’.
