The State Building
Code requires fire sprinkling of such a basement.
Mr. Wear was given the option of installing the
fire sprinklers or providing direct access to the
basement from the outside. Fire sprinkling is the
preferred method of protection but requires a large
water supply available only by connection to the
Long Lake municipal system. This connection . occurs
now because Mr, Hear is ready to have people moye
into one part of the building but Orono cannot
issue a certificate of occupancy until the building
complies with the building cc’e.
HENNEPIN COUNTY PARK
RESERVE DISTRICT
P
BOULDER BRIDGE JlATTER
m
BILL WEAR SEWER & WATER
(Page 12)
MM
A
■:a
1^'
mm
'
.. ••
m
mim
■ •
4
u
Mr. B
36 Ha
Long
Minne
Re:
Dear
At t'
r cce
wate
that
etc.
You
subj
Cit3
Oroi
of *
Bui:
You
con
Lon
has
apF
yor
Sir
Al.
Vi
AP
