In 1968,
they ran sewer into their porperty. Some of the cabins had sanitary
facilities, and some used the facilities under what is labeled main
house**. An agreement was reached whereby they were to be assessed the
unit charges as they placed facilities in the cabins. In 1968, they
placed facilities in one more cabin and were assessed And paid for
one more unit. Now all the units have facilities but cabin one, which
they say is only rented on a seasonal basis and does not warrant tne
cost of a sanitary facilities installation. Cabin one now uses the
facilities under what is labeled **main house*'. All cabins use the
laundry facilities under the same.
The resolution as drawn up askes for an assessment of three more units
making a total of seven--four being paid for. The Zachariasons feel
there sould only be two more unit charges and cabin one absolved from
the assessment.
Chapter 1 of the State Plumbing Code states that any premises for
human habitation shall have a water source and at least one toilet,
one lavatory, one kitchen type sink and one bathtub or shower.
We are presently charging for seven usage units.
