Each neighbor has been able to work out the
placement and use of their dock without problems. The applicant plans to
build a new home on Lot 6 this year, but wants reassurance that he will
be able to have a usable residential dock. Neighbors on either side of the
subject lot have submitted affidavits approving the proposed location and
use of the dock. Note the dock is to be placed so that it will not cross
the extension of their lot lines.
Staff sees no problem with approving the application findin*.f the proposed
location and use of the dock is acceptable and that this use is consistent
with the pattern of residential dock use within the Stubbs Bay neighborhood.
I would suggest the following conditions
1.Applicant submit survey showing dock'
building permit uJj boOi'i ______
location when applying for a
2.Dock is an accessory structure and cannot be constructed until the
principal structure is completed
3.Per LMCD 3.02 Subdivision 9, the property owner shall be limited to one
boat per 50' of continuous shoreline.
